Evaluations include one-on-one clinical interviews with the applicant, which may be completed over two 1-1.5 hour sessions or in a single 2-3 hour session, depending on comfort and availability. Evaluations can be conducted in Gina’s Garden City, NY office or virtually. Interpreter services are available, if needed, and included in the fee.

Each evaluation includes standardized psychological assessments to identify symptoms such as anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional distress. These clinical findings help support a wide range of immigration cases, including extreme hardship waivers, asylum, VAWA, U and T visa petitions, and more.

Gina integrates interview findings and psychological test results into a detailed, evidence-based report, typically 12–15 pages in length. Every report is crafted to meet USCIS and immigration court standards, providing credible support for attorneys and clients. Additional assessments may be included based on the applicant’s visa type or specific case needs.

Gina conducts each immigration psychological evaluation using evidence-based practices to assess the applicant’s mental health and immigration-related hardships. Her approach is trauma-informed and culturally sensitive, allowing the interview to move at the applicant’s pace to ensure a safe and supportive experience.

Gina typically completes a comprehensive immigration psychological evaluation report within 2 to 3 weeks after the clinical interview. A draft report is sent to the applicant and their attorney (if applicable) for review. Gina welcomes feedback and will revise the report as needed to ensure accuracy and clarity.

Once all suggested edits are incorporated, a final, signed report is delivered for submission.

The total cost of an immigration evaluation includes 2-3 hour evaluation, a thorough, written report provided within 2-3 weeks, and translator fee, if needed.

$150 is due at time of booking the interview (applied to total cost); $500 due at time of interview; and the balance is due ahead of Gina sending the final report.
