Our Process
Explore our tailored immigration psychological evaluation services designed to guide you with confidence throughout your journey
-
Gina conducts a one-on-one clinical interview, which may take two 1-1.5 hour sessions or a single 2-3 hour session, depending on your comfort and availability. Evaluations can be done in person at Gina’s Garden City, NY office or virtually. Interpreter services are available if needed.
-
Standardized psychological assessments are administered to identify symptoms like anxiety, depression, trauma, or emotional distress. These findings support a variety of immigration cases, such as asylum, VAWA, extreme hardship waivers, and visa petitions.
-
After gathering interview and assessment data, Gina creates a detailed, evidence-based report, typically 12-15 pages. This report meets USCIS and immigration court standards, providing credible support for your case.
